No trip to Chicago is complete without a ride up to the iconic Willis Tower (The Sears Tower). This giant skyscraper is the tallest building in the Northern Hemisphere. This mammoth of a building stands at 1450 Feet (441.96 meters) and 110 Stories Tall and is easily a Must Do for anyone traveling to the Windy City.

Don’t Look Down!

At 1,353 Feet straight down (412.39 meters) this is one of the coolest parts of visiting the Skydeck in the Willis Tower. Not only do you get a great vertical view of nothing below you, you also get one of the best views in the house. Tickets for the Skydeck are $17.50 for Adults and $11.00 for Youth ages, 3 to 11. This is one part of Chicago you don’t want to miss – it’s worth every penny.

The Second Oldest Ballpark

For some, a visit to the historic Wrigley Field is easily a must do for anyone traveling to Chicago. Wrigley Field was built in 1914 and was originally named as Weeghman Park. Wrigley Field has been home to the Chicago Cubs since 1916 and is the USA’s second oldest Ballpark second to Fenway Park. There is a lot of history here and Wrigley Field is worth visiting even if you are not a Baseball Fan.

Maybe You’re not a Cubs Fan?

If that’s the case then you can always go to a Chicago White Sox game at the US Cellular Stadium in South Chicago. This stadium is nothing like Wrigley Field and is much more modern as it opened in 1991 and was originally named The new Comiskey Park until it was renamed US Cellular Field in 2003.
